What needed
to change.
La Flamme d'Or is a Caucasian cuisine restaurant in Nice that needed far more than a digital showcase — they needed a complete digital operation system. With no online ordering channel and all table bookings handled by phone, the restaurant was losing customers at every touchpoint while managing orders manually.
What we
built.
We built a full-stack restaurant platform on Next.js 16, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS deployed on a dedicated VPS via rsync + PM2. The system covers: online ordering with cart, pickup time selection and email confirmations to both client and restaurant; a custom admin panel for menu management with photo uploads, order processing with one-click approve/reject emails, a stop-list and visit analytics; table booking with automatic notifications. Three-language support (French, English, Russian) with auto-detection, and full SEO — JSON-LD, hreflang, dynamic sitemap, Open Graph — optimised per page and per language.
Online orders grew significantly after launch. The admin panel eliminated manual order handling entirely. The multilingual SEO strategy drove new customers from French, English and Russian-speaking audiences across the Côte d'Azur region.
