Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website lioncore.studio or engaging the services of LionCore Studio (operated by SRL Black Studio, Republic of Moldova), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

LionCore Studio provides web design, branding, digital marketing, social media management, mobile application development, and related digital services.

All service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements signed between the client and SRL Black Studio.

We reserve the right to decline any project request at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and feedback necessary for the execution of the project.

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or approvals may result in project timeline adjustments and additional costs.

The client warrants that all materials supplied (logos, images, text, brand assets) are owned by them or that they hold appropriate licences to use and share those materials with us.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit of 50% of the total project value is due before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery.

Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a monthly late fee of 1.5% on the outstanding balance.

All prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise. Bank transfer fees and currency conversion costs are the client's responsibility.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in each project agreement. The initial deposit is generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (custom designs, code, creative assets) produced specifically for them.

LionCore Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, frameworks) remain subject to their respective licences. The client is responsible for ensuring continued compliance with those licences.

Work-in-progress materials, concepts not selected, and proprietary tools or processes remain the property of SRL Black Studio.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during the course of the project, including business strategies, pricing, and technical details.

This obligation survives the end of the project for a period of 3 years.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, or that is required to be disclosed by law.

LionCore Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue outcomes from our services, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

You may use lioncore.studio for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.

We reserve the right to restrict access to parts of the website at any time and without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
