Ultra Concierge serves HNW and UHNW clients with a comprehensive suite of lifestyle management services. Their previous web presence failed to communicate the exclusivity and breadth of the service — potential clients had no way to understand what was available or to initiate contact in a way that felt appropriate to their expectations.
What we
built.
We designed a premium corporate platform that leads with the lifestyle rather than the service list. Custom micro-interactions, editorial imagery direction, service storytelling across multiple categories and a discreet contact flow designed for high-net-worth buyer psychology. Every word, layout choice and animation was calibrated for the audience.
Qualified lead volume increased 310% in the first quarter post-launch. The client reported that the web now serves as their primary acquisition channel for new clients, replacing what had previously been an entirely referral-dependent business.
