Anplast manufactures and sells tools and moulds for pastry chefs and home bakers — from professional silicone moulds to decorating equipment. They had strong B2B distribution but zero direct-to-consumer online presence despite strong demand from home bakers.

We built a category-rich e-commerce platform designed for both professional and home baker audiences, with a dual navigation system, bundle product suggestions and a recipe integration section that builds organic search traffic.
B2C orders increased 160% in the first year. The recipe and tutorial content section became a significant organic traffic source, reducing customer acquisition costs.
