Iacobas — one of Moldova's largest concrete product manufacturers — had no online sales channel despite high demand. Customers had to call or visit in person, losing them at every stage of the funnel. The brand presence didn't reflect the company's real scale or production quality.
What we
built.
We built a comprehensive e-commerce platform covering the full product catalog across concrete, reinforced concrete and construction materials. The site includes product filtering by specification, bulk order forms, delivery zone calculator and a dealer portal for B2B clients.
Online orders increased by 180% year-over-year in the first full year of operation. The site became the primary sales channel for standard products, freeing the sales team to focus on large contracts and custom orders.
